Gray lukewarm on lower fines
Mayor Gray isn’t sold on $50 fines for enforcement cameras, citing the lower fines could mean less revenue for DC. He does support increasing fines for repeat offenders and increasing fines in school zones. (WTOP)

Berliner backs taxes to pay for transportation
