RAC page on wmata.com.

Tonight, a Riders’ Advisory Council subcommittee will be meeting with Metro’s Victor Grimes to discuss the WMATA website and the RAC section.

Today, the RAC site contains the agendas and minutes from past meetings, but relatively little other information. Until last month, it didn’t even list the members of the RAC, though we agreed to add that information. Metro has also set up an email address for people to contact the group.

What else would you like to see? Should we reorganize the information to make it more user-friendly? Please weigh in with your comments. I’ll be creating a list of ideas for the group to discuss tonight.

Also, how could Metro improve the main wmata.com site? I’ll pass a summary of your comments on to Mr. Grimes.
