Mark your calendars! Greater Greater Washington turns one year old on Thursday, February 5th. And to celebrate, you’re all invited to a first birthday party that evening.

Also, you can help me organize it. The first task is to find a good location, probably a bar or restaurant. Ideally, it’ll be near Metro and many Metro rail & bus lines accessible to people from all across the region. Downtown DC is probably best, but I’m open to other locations. I need a place that has a room we can use, where we can have some brief speeches from invited guests, and where otherwise people can get food and drink and talk.
