500 people who’ve signed the petition to WMATA are Maryland State Delegates Bill Frick of Bethesda, Al Carr of Kensington, and Heather Mizeur of Takoma Park. “What’s good for riders is good for WMATA,” wrote Mizeur. “As a Metro rider myself, I welcome efforts like this to make the system more convenient for everyone to use.” Carr said, “Many of my constituents want this to happen. Please please find a way to move it forward without delay.”
