A passageway from the Met Branch Trail to Florida Avenue is a great idea. Closing it at night? Not so much.

There’s a park going in at 3rd and L Streets NE, in NoMa, and after nearby residents chimed in about what they did and didn’t like about the first three designs, the architects put forward new plans.
