Geoff Gerhardt is a co-founder of the Friends of Forest Glen and Montgomery Hills, a grass roots organization dedicated to reactivating and revitalizing the areas along Georgia Avenue north of downtown Silver Spring. He also serves on the board of the North Woodside-Montgomery Hills Citizens Association.
