Anita Cozart (née Hairston) is Senior Director at PolicyLink and advances priorities related to just and fair infrastructure investment. She established the Transportation Equity Caucus, a national coalition that promotes policies that foster greater inclusion for low-income people and communities of color. Anita holds a master’s degree in city and regional planning from the University of California, Berkeley.
